Ramona Lile: “The project facilitated students' integration into the labor market”

Over 300 students from the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Economic Sciences, and Faculty of Food Engineering, Tourism and Environmental Protection are direct beneficiaries of the “Integrated measures for the transition of students to the labor market,” project implemented by “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad.

Taking place between November 10, 2020, and September 9, 2023, in partnership with Get You Hired from Galați and Sida Group from Italy, the project had a funding of over 4 million lei.

“This project, like other similar initiatives, reflects our university's constant concern to provide viable solutions that facilitate students' integration into the labor market. What we aim for is to offer not just a diploma to our graduates but also a job in their field of study.

We thank the economic partners who got involved and the implementation team for their relentless work throughout the entire duration of the project,” stated AVU Rector, Ramona Lile
