The University Charter is the normative and programmatic document that synthetizes the university`s cultural values in addition to the past, present and future of the academic community hosted by AVU. It covers the normative structure of Aurel Vlaicu University as institution of higher education and, at the same time, reflects both its internal relations – organizational and functional – as well as its external ones – national and international.
