Prof. PhD. Eng. Dumitru POPESCU, AVU Doctor Honoris Causa

An important event at Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad marked the reception of Prof. Dr. Eng. Dumitru POPESCU into AVU`s academic community, by awarding him the title of DOCTOR HONORIS CAUSA. Mr. Dumitru Popescu, a pillar of academic excellence at the National University of Science and Technology "Politehnica" of Bucharest, has contributed through his managerial and scientific activity to the promotion of engineering sciences in the Romanian and European academic environments. Through his continuous dedication and passion for learning and innovation, Prof. Dr. Dumitru POPESCU continues to be an inspirational example for future generations of technical field professionals.
