The Papers

Selected papers presented at the conference will have the opportunity to be published in one of the following journals or special issues, subject to the respective peer-review process and editorial policies:

1. Journal of Financial Studies, edited by the Institute of Financial Studies.

• Submission & Guidelines: Manuscripts must be written in English and prepared in accordance with the Journal of Financial Studies authors' guidelines. Authors must send their manuscripts to the conference organizers via e-mail at oseec@uav.ro, and we will handle the submission process from there

2. Sustainability (Special Issue): Advancing the Circular Economy Through ESG Data Governance, Business Process Management and Data Analytics (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/sustainability/special_issues/0SYG33NK62)

• Submission & Guidelines: Authors are required to prepare and submit their manuscripts in English, following the author guidelines of the special issue. Authors are fully responsible for complying with the journal's template and submitting their manuscripts directly to the journal. Please note that any publication, processing, or journal fees charged by the journal are separate from the conference registration fee and must be checked and covered directly by the authors, as they are not included in the conference fee.

3. Journal of Risk and Financial Management (Special Issue): Financial Accounting and Data Analytics (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/jrfm/special_issues/CP62F40OA5#info)

• Submission & Guidelines: Authors are required to prepare and submit their manuscripts in English, following the author guidelines of the special issue. Authors are fully responsible for complying with the journal's template and submitting their manuscripts directly to the journal. Please note that any publication, processing, or journal fees charged by the journal are separate from the conference registration fee and must be checked and covered directly by the authors, as they are not included in the conference fee.

Limit: No more than two scientific papers per author are accepted.

4. General Notices

• Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent by e-mail.

5. Registration Fee and Financial Conditions

• In-person attendance: 300 RON per participant.
• Online-only participation: Free of charge.

Fee Clarifications:

• The registration fee covers the costs of organizing the conference and includes the Gala Dinner.
• The fee is per individual participant: If a paper has multiple co-authors, the fee applies to each person attending in person (e.g., if 1 author attends, they pay 1 fee; if 2 authors attend in person, each must pay the 300 RON fee).
• Accompanying persons must also pay the fee if they attend.
• The fee does not cover accommodation or transport. The fee covers the costs of organizing the conference; participants will support other fees related to conference participation (transport, accommodation).
