Abstracts will be uploaded at the Online Registration Section on the conference webpage.

Notification of Abstract acceptance and invitation for full-paper submission: September 20, 2026 October 1, 2026
Notification of Abstract acceptance will be sent by email.

Full Paper submission: October 10, 2026
The Full Paper will be sent via email.

Conference Fee payment for on-site participants: October 10, 2026

All communications with the organizers will be kept via email: oseec@uav.ro.

Participating authors can be professors, academics, researchers, PhD students, and other professionals in the field.
