Rules of participation

Registration:

1.To take part in the conference, you can choose one of the following options:

• Certified participation auditor, access is granted for all plannary presentations and workshops;
• Submitting and holding an open-format/poster presentation of a scientific paper, to be published in a Special Issue No. of Journal Plus Education (indexed in multiple databases) Journal Plus Education (uav.ro);
• Submitting and holding an open-format/poster presentation of a scientific paper, to be published in the „INNOVATIVE APPROCHES TO CONTEMPORARY TRENDS IN EDUCATION” volume, international publishing house, based on selection by the scientific committee.

2. Authors should submit an abstract in English, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. Abstract should summarize the content of the paper in 200-250 words.

Abstract submission period: October 10, 2024 – November 10, 2024 on the following e-mail adress: iacteuav@gmail.com and the confirmation will be received on the 11 th of November.

3.After receiving a confirmation email, for the acceptence of the abstract, the full paper should be sent to the following e-mail adress: iacteuav@gmail.com

Each author is responsible for the originality of their text, for the translation quality and for the fact that it has not been previously published.

Full paper submission deadline: the 25th of November, 2024, at the above mentioned email address.

4. To finalise the registration process, the participants should pay a fee, according to their preffered option:

• 75 RON/ 15 EUR: Certified participation auditor, access is granted for all plannary presentations and workshops;
• 300 RON/ 60 EUR: Submitting and holding an open-format/poster presentation (in-person or online) of a scientific paper, to be published in a Special Issue No. of Journal Plus Education (indexed in multiple databases);
• 50 RON/ 10 EUR: Students only, Certified participation auditor, access is granted for all plannary presentations and workshops;
