Erasmus+ incoming students

Erasmus Incoming students have to be nominated by their universities. Nomination should be sent by email, to bpc@uav.ro containing:

  • Name of the student (first name, family name)
  • Gender
  • E-mail of the student
  • Field of study
  • Level of study (Bachelor, Master, Doctoral)
  • Duration of study (1st semester, 2ndsemester, full year)
  • Nationality
  • Visa needed (yes/no)

To apply for an Erasmus study period at „Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, the students must send by email, to bpc@uav.ro, the following documents:

  • Student application form ERASMUS+
  • Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Studies
  • Student accomodation form
  • Transcript of Records (in English)
  • 1 Photo
  • Copy of ID/Passport

Deadline for receiving application documents: 01 July - for students coming for the first semester or full academic year; 01 December – for students coming for the second semester.

Accommodation cost, including 10 meals (lunch) on cafeteria-restaurant in student's residence: 250 lei/month (in dorm no 2) or 170 lei/month (in dorm no. 1).
