Rules of participation

I. Registration:

1. To participate in the conference, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Certified Auditor: Access to all plenary sessions and workshops (according to the preferences indicated in the registration form).
  • Presenter: Submission and delivery of an open-format/poster presentation (in-person or online) of a scientific paper, to be published in a Special Issue of Journal Plus Education (indexed in multiple databases).

2. Authors should submit an abstract in English addressing one or more of the conference areas or topics. The abstract should summarize the content of the paper in 200-250 words. Abstracts should be sent by email to: iacte@gmail.com between September 10 and October 10, 2025. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided on October 11, 2025.

3. After receiving a confirmation email regarding the acceptance of the abstract, authors are requested to submit their full paper to the following email address: iacte@gmail.com. Please consult the submission guidelines. Each author is responsible for the originality of the text, the quality of the translation, and for ensuring that the paper has not been previously published.

Full paper submission deadline: November 5, 2025. Please send it to the above-mentioned email address.

4. To finalise the registration process, the participants should pay a fee, according to their preferred option:

  • 75 RON/ 15 EUR: Certified participation auditor, access is granted for all plenary presentations and workshops (based on the preferences expressed in the registration form); (50 RON/ 10 EUR for students);
  • 300 RON/ 60 EUR: Submission and delivery of an open-format/poster presentation (in-person or online) of a scientific paper, to be published in a Special Issue of Journal Plus Education (indexed in multiple databases).

II. PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE:

  • Certificate of Attendance – awarded for participation in the International Conference;
  • Certificate of Presentation – awarded for delivering and presenting a paper at the conference;
  • Certificate of Publication – awarded for the article published in Journal Plus Education.
