The “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, through the Center for Research, Development and Innovation in Psychology and the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Psychology and Social Work, is pleased to invite you to the 7th edition of the International Conference “Theories of Change in Digital Wellbeing. Evidence-Based Practices Across the Disciplines.”
This landmark event brings together researchers, professionals, and practitioners concerned with the impact of technology on psychological, educational, and social wellbeing, fostering dialogue between academic perspectives and innovative practical applications.
The 2025 edition offers an in-depth exploration of theories of change in the context of digital wellbeing, with a focus on:

the dynamics of educational processes in the era of intelligent technologies;

cognitive, emotional, and social transformations generated by digital environments;
-
evidence-based psychological interventions for adaptation to the digital environment;
-
interdisciplinary applications in psychology, education, social work, legal and technological sciences;
-
perspectives from European projects (Erasmus+, Horizon, PNRR) on digital wellbeing and technological inclusion.
The conference will host distinguished guests — university professors, international researchers, and experts in psychology, sociology, education, coaching, and technology — from Romania, Hungary, Poland, Cyprus, Italy, and Ireland. They will address current topics related to human adaptation to the digital ecosystem and the challenges of accelerated social transformation.
Over the two days, participants will have access to:
