IACTE 2025 – Innovation and Reflection in Contemporary Education

Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, through the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Psychology and Social Work, is organizing the third edition of the International Conference Innovative Approaches to Contemporary Trends in Education (IACTE 2025), which will take place on October 14–15, 2025, in Building M, Festive Hall (ground floor).

The official opening of the event will be held on Tuesday, October 14, starting at 11:00 a.m.

This year’s edition carries special significance, as it also marks the 20th anniversary of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Psychology and Social Work (FESPAS) — two decades of academic training, innovation, and contribution to the development of the educational community in Arad and across the country.

The conference aims to address the key themes that define contemporary education: innovation, inclusion, and sustainability. In a context shaped by accelerated digital transformation, social challenges, and the need for continuous adaptation, IACTE 2025 offers a space for reflection and dialogue among researchers, educators, policymakers, students, and representatives from professional and public sectors.

Through plenary sessions, thematic panels, round tables, and interactive workshops, participants will have the opportunity to explore emerging trends in education, psychology, and social work, share experiences, and build new bridges of academic collaboration.
