4/16/2026

AISIA e.V., in partnership with “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, through the Centre for Modern Languages, is organizing between May 25–29, 2026, in Arad, a free training programme dedicated exclusively to women interested in developing entrepreneurial skills.

Whether they aim to start a business within the next 6–12 months or are at the beginning of their entrepreneurial journey, participants are invited to enrol in these courses. The programme encourages the participation of women from disadvantaged backgrounds, as well as those interested in fields where women are underrepresented, such as technology, engineering, medicine, or agriculture.

The topics covered include self-awareness and identification of personal resources, strategy development in a competitive environment, managing obstacles and change, business plan development, as well as presentation skills (sales pitch), through practical sessions.

“Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad consistently supports initiatives that contribute to skills development and increased social inclusion. The partnership with AISIA e.V. for the organization of this training programme represents an important step in supporting women who wish to develop entrepreneurial skills and build an independent professional future. We consider that such initiatives significantly contribute to the development of the local community and the promotion of equal opportunities, encouraging the active participation of women in all fields of activity,” stated the Rector of UAV, Dr. Habil. Ramona Lile.

Participation is free of charge, and registration is carried out by completing the form available via QR code (found on the poster) or by email at info@aisia.de, after which participants will be contacted by the organizing team.
