This stage marks an important moment in consolidating a managerial team dedicated to the sustainable development of the university, the improvement of the quality of education, and the strengthening of UAV’s position in the national and international academic environment.

The Rector of the university, Dr. Habil. Ramona Lile, stated that the new team assumes a mandate based on collaboration, transparency, and responsibility:

“We are going through a period marked by profound changes and complex challenges for higher education. I know this is not an easy path, but I am supported by an exceptional team of Vice-Rectors who have chosen to support this vision of stability. Beyond any name or position, the most important reference point is the University itself.
‘Aurel Vlaicu’ University is not just a building or a diploma; it is a community that deserves all our efforts. My commitment, together with that of my team, is to turn this mandate into a shield for our academic values, ensuring an environment where performance is protected and dialogue is the only path to progress.
We are here for our students and colleagues, and for the prestige of Arad, with responsibility and dignity.”
