European Experts in Higher Education at AVU

Three important areas in higher education, two internationally renowned specialists, and two days of work provided the framework for practical discussions on the quality of the educational process and institutional development at "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad. This is how the visit of the two educational advisors can be summarized: Professor Melita Kovacevic from the University of Zagreb, who has held various national and international positions in the field of higher education for two decades, and Dr. Yelena Istileulova, a Fullbright scholar, lecturer in MBA programs, and an expert in education reform.

The three areas discussed were: curriculum development, innovative approaches towards teaching and learning techniques, and internationalization, each offering new perspectives for higher education.

"It was an important visit for our university, providing us with new perspectives on both the educational process as well as the internationalization strategy development. It was an honor and a pleasure for us to have the presence of these two distinguished guests, experts in the implementation of higher education reforms; what has been discussed will certainly be implemented at an institutional level," declared AVU Rector, Ramona Lile.
