The Job Fair for Students at UAV

Over 50 companies and institutions took part in the Job Fair for Students and Graduates, organized by Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad in partnership with AJOFM Arad (County Employment Agency). The event offered students and graduates more than 450 job openings, internship placements, and professional training opportunities, attracting hundreds of young people eager to build their careers.

We are pleased with the increasingly close collaboration with companies that offer internship and employment opportunities, thus helping to create an educational environment aligned with the current needs of the economy. said Professor Dr. Teodor Florin Cilan, Rector of Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad.

said Molnar Augustin Alexandru, Director of AJOFM Arad.

At the official opening, alongside Rector Teodor Florin Cilan, were present Iustin Cionca, President of the Arad County Council, Molnar Augustin Alexandru, Director of AJOFM Arad, Marius Sulincean, Deputy Prefect of Arad County, and Gheorghe Seculici, President of the Arad Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.

As part of the event, a meeting was also held with representatives from the human resources departments of the participating companies, where discussions focused on new trends in the labor market and on the skills that future employees need to develop in order to meet the current demands of employers.
