AVU opened the 2021-2022 Academic Year

The Banks` Palace, one of AVU`s most beautiful buildings and an emblematic local landmark, hosted, a double event organized by the local public university on Monday, the 4^th of October.

The opening of the academic year and the unveiling of a plaque dedicated to Radu Homescu, AVU`s first rector, took place in the presence of local high clergy, county and town officials, AVU partners and the deans of the university`s 9 faculties; the aforementioned building being also named after the distinguished professor.
