Ramona Lile: "A Project for Future Students"

An event created for students as part of the CMCA project "Opportunities for a Career in IT for Young Arad Residents" took place at Aurel Vlaicu University in Arad.

Two rounds of meetings between employers and students from the Faculty of Exact Sciences afforded students an opportunity to interact with IT companies, learn about job opportunities, working conditions, and work-related expectations.

Representatives from companies such as Huff Romania, msgRomania, RankingCoach, Baunn, BCR, Intesa San Paolo Bank, and MindHub were present and introduced their companies and student job offers. They also discussed internship programs, practical training, and future collaboration projects with faculty members.

"A project that enjoyed the support of the Municipal Cultural Centre and which strengthened the connections that our university has with the business environment. It is very important to create opportunities for our students to connect with employers and interact with the most important companies in their field of study. What pleased us the most was that some of the representatives of these companies are our very own graduates who have now returned to offer a career opportunity to our current students," declared Ramona Lile, AVU Rector.
