"Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad had the honor of welcoming Mrs. Zhang Lili, Cultural Affairs Counselor at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Romania.
During her visit, Mrs. Zhang Lili met with the university’s rector, Associate Professor Dr. Teodor Florin Cilan. The two discussed opportunities for collaboration between academic institutions in Romania and China, focusing on the development of joint projects, academic exchanges, and the strengthening of existing partnerships.
A key topic on the meeting agenda was the collaboration between "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad and the Confucius Institute—an active partnership that provides students and faculty with access to Chinese educational and cultural resources.
The meeting was also attended by Gianina Ignuța, president of the Pro China Association, which is involved in promoting Romanian-Chinese cultural and educational exchanges.
