From Idea to Business: A Start in Female Entrepreneurship at UAV!

From May 25–29, 2026, Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad becomes a hub of innovation and female leadership. The university is hosting the intensive workshop “From Idea to Business”, a program dedicated to transforming creative potential into business reality.

The event is organized under the auspices of the Modern Languages Center (CLM) within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and is coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Voica Radu-Călugăru.

👥 Who will guide the future entrepreneurs?

The workshop is led by Dr. Laura Lazăr, a renowned coach, trainer, and speaker. With extensive leadership experience in international technology corporations and global business environments, Dr. Laura Lazăr is the founder of Be Cosmopolite, a company specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting and training. Her main areas of expertise include organizational transformation and leadership development.
