Free Chinese Language and Culture Courses at UAV
11/3/2025“Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, in collaboration with the Confucius Institute of Cluj-Napoca, is resuming its series of Chinese language courses for students and residents of Arad.
Those who wish to learn Chinese and discover more about Chinese culture and civilization can attend these courses free of charge. Classes are held every Tuesday, starting on November 4, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The courses take place in the Rectorate building (77 Revoluției Blvd.), Room 13, ground floor, and are taught by lecturers from the Confucius Institute of Cluj-Napoca.
“We thank the Confucius Institute of Cluj-Napoca for the excellent collaboration and for offering our students and the people of Arad the opportunity to explore the beauty of Chinese language and culture. We invite everyone interested to participate in these free courses and discover one of the oldest and richest cultures in the world,” said UAV Vice-Rector, Prof. Liviu Sevastian Bocîi, PhD, Habil.
These courses are part of a long-standing partnership between “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad and the Confucius Institute of Cluj-Napoca, aimed at promoting intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding between Romania and China.
Registrations can be made at the beginning of each session, directly at the course location.
