10/22/2025The Regional Gastronomy and Wine Conference returns to the academic setting for the second consecutive year.
The 2025 edition is dedicated to the diversity and refinement of dairy products, as well as to the passion for authentic taste and tradition.
The event offers an opportunity to explore current trends in gastronomy, discover the stories of local producers, and enjoy remarkable culinary creations, paired with wines from the vineyards of western Romania.
The opening of the conference will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Complex M, Room 134.
