Abstract

The preparatory class has the role of facilitating the child's adaptation to the new
conditions and requirements and facilitating its good integration into the
classroom and the school and the education process. Difficulties in adapting and
integrating may lead over time to an inadequate attitude towards school,
considering it to be either too lenient or too severe, and then other serious
consequences occur: absenteeism and school dropout. In this regard, we intend to
highlight the most frequent and important adaptation difficulties faced by
teachers for primary education, as well as to find new ways to facilitate the
children’s transition from the kindergarten environment to the school
environment.
