Abstract

Starting from stress theoretical presumptions and findings in the practice of the
importance of knowing the level of stress in teaching staff, the present study aims to
highlight the level of stress in the teaching profession, its implications on
professional life, highlighting the reactivity and emotional dynamics, and the
development of a teacher counseling plan.
