About the Journal

Arena – Journal of Physical Activities (AJPA) is a scientific journal published by Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, through the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. Established in 2013, the journal is dedicated to promoting scientific knowledge in the field of physical activities, sport, and health.
AJPA is available in print (ISSN 2285-830X) and online (eISSN 2392-8026) and aims to support the dissemination of high-quality research to academics, practitioners, and all those interested in physical activity and sport sciences. The journal encourages the use of modern publication practices to ensure accessibility and visibility of research outcomes.
Mission
Arena – Journal of Physical Activities is published annually in April, with the possibility of an additional issue in September when the number of accepted manuscripts exceeds the standard volume.
The journal’s mission is to contribute to the development and dissemination of knowledge in the field of physical education, sport, and health by publishing original research papers, review articles, and other relevant scientific contributions. AJPA also seeks to provide a platform for academic dialogue and exchange of ideas on current topics of interest in sport and physical activity.
