Stability Analysis Results Concerning the Fuzzy Control of a Class of Nonlinear Time-Varying Systems
Abstract
The paper offers new stability results concerning the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy control systems dedicated to a class of Single Input-Single
Output (SISO) nonlinear time-varying systems. Lyapunov’s approach based on quadratic positive definite Lyapunov function candidates is emplyed
to derive a suffcient uniform asymptotic stability condition. An illustrative example validates the stability analysis results by the design of a T-S
fuzzy control system for a SISO nonlinear process.
