Abstract

The school is an organization that through its activity contributes to the development of culture. Any attempt to improve school activity must start from the knowledge of the school culture, as it is manifested at the level of managers and teachers. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the need to change the organizational culture of the state pre-university education institutions, realized through the perception of the tacher in these institutions.
