An Implementation of the ELECTRE II Method Using Fuzzy Numbers
Abstract
In this paper there are presented fuzzy numbers, ELECTRE II method, and graphs theory notions which are used to develop an F# application to rank alternatives in multi-criteria decision-making problems. A usage example is shown in Section 8. The source code of the application can be found here.References
