CHARACTERISTICS OF PERSONALITY TRAITS OF YOUNG WOMEN ASPIRING TO HAVE A CAREER AS A MEDICAL ASSISTANT

In this paper we intend to identify personality
traits and adolescence disorders in people aspiring to have a
career as a medical assistant. Medical care is a professional
field where communication, empathy, reliability and
attention to detail are essential but difficult to measure in a
potential employee.
