Abstract

Study aimed at determining the extent to which the institutional environment in Timisoara, public and private, responds to the needs of service users, homeless adults, in terms of staff communication. At the same time, we analyzed and institutional infrastructure in terms of services offered at the moment. Such a study is a first, others have not been undertaken in Timisoara.
