Abstract

The topic treats the way in which family, in its organization and functioning, determines the delinquent behaviors of minors, significantly influencing the growth of juvenile criminality. This thesis has as main goal, both theoretically and practically, to explain the way in which family, in its organization and functioning, determines the delinquent behaviors of minors. The growing tendencies of juvenile criminality, for the last decades, represent a real phenomenon, whose effects cannot be ignored either by prosecutors, criminologists, sociologists and psychologists, or by the specialists who are responsible with applying the laws, as well as with preventing the antisocial manifestations of minors.
