Admission process for non-EU students
Foreign students are admitted for master studies at the "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad based soley on a study admission letter issued by the Romanian Ministry of Education. In order to obtain that letter the applicants are required to submit to the "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad the following documents:
1. Birth Certificate in copy and legalized
(authorized) translation in romanian
2. Copy of any document attesting the
foreign residence
3. Copy of a valid Passport
4. A request for the study admission letter
(attached form) in two copies
5. Copy and legalized (authorized)
translation in romanian of a Baccalureate (or equivalent) Diploma
authentified by the proper authorities of the country where it was
issued
6. Copy and legalized (authorized)
translation in romanian of a Licence/Bachelor (or equivalent)
Diploma authentified by the proper authorities of the country where
it was issued
7. Copy and legalized (authorized)
translation in romanian of school grades (Academic Transcripts)
obtained as prerequsites for the baccalaureate diploma and Licence
(Bachelor) Diploma
8. Langue certificate attesting the
proficeincy in the language of tuition (english)
9. A medical certificate issued in english
or french, attesting that the applicant does not suffer from any
contagious diseases or affections impeding the attendace of the
required courses.
After the submission of the folder containing the mentioned documents, "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad will be notified by recieveing the study admisiion letter, on base of which it will notify the applicant to start preparations for travelling to Arad and finishing enrollment.
