Information for speakers
Technical equipment available for presentations includes:
LCD projector for computer presentation (resoultion up to 1024 x 768 pixels); Notebook/Laptop running Windows XP operating system and Microsoft Office 2003
You can bring your presentation on CD, DVD or USB Flash Memory. Only presentations in Power Point programme are accepted. Be sure to test the computer presentation and if necessary reformat it at least two hours prior your presentation to audience.
Technical organizers will give you additional instructions concerning your session and the presentation at the registration desk.
Information for poster presenters
Posters (light cardboard or paper) with a clearly presented heading including the title of the presentation, names of authors and their affiliation should be prepared in the standard portrait format. The letters used should be large enough to be read from a distance of 1.5 m.
